This smoothie really is the easiest thing to make and it only takes 5 minutes.
300g frozen berries
200g fat free Greek style natural yogurt
200ml semi-skimmed milk
It’s super easy all you need to do is put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth – see this really is the easiest recipe ever! I recommend serving in a jazzy glass (my favorites are old jam jars or these Kilner handled jars) and with a pretty paper straw 😉
