Easy Peasy Berry Smoothie!

April 8, 2015

IMG_7340IMG_7330IMG_7318This smoothie really is the easiest thing to make and it only takes 5 minutes.

Ingredients –
300g frozen berries
200g fat free Greek style natural yogurt
200ml semi-skimmed milk

IMG_7345Method –
It’s super easy all you need to do is put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth – see this really is the easiest recipe ever! I recommend serving in a jazzy glass (my favorites are old jam jars or these Kilner handled jars) and with a pretty paper straw 😉

Mmmmm. Looks very yummy and so simple .. not really a berries fan but I would most definitely substitute for another fruit. Can’t wait to give it a go!
