A Hint Of 40’s Glamour…

November 14, 2012

Remember ages ago I told you about some shoes I brought from Urban Outfitters? Well I’ve worn them lots but haven’t been able to take photographs until now. I was putting together this outfit and knew I wanted to wear my red hat with this dress, but I wasn’t sure which shoes and then I thought my little black shoes with the lovely gold studded heels. I felt rather 1940’s in this outfit, I’m not sure if it’s the hat, faux fur coat or the little shoes. Something about this combination it made me feel very 40’s glam!

What I’m wearing –

Hat – Accessorize

Coat & Bag – Vintage

Dress – Topshop

Belt – Primark

Shoes – Urban Outfitters

I’m going to join in the beret love (it’s red and fabulous) but also spare a mention for the shoes. Sparkly-heeled goodness – I just love that kind of small detail that really makes a piece special. x
