Redefinition…

September 28, 2011

Last week I was invited to Birmingham by the Bullring for a new concept fashion show Redefinition. The Bullring hosted an industry first catwalk show, which took fashion to the next level. The show combined pioneering technology and fashion live on stage. Britain’s next top model 2010 winner Tiffany Pisani appeared as never seen before as a hologram. The technology in the show lends itself to create mersmerising tricks and effects creating the illusion of a volumetric model on a holographic backdrop. Which at one point had cute Dalmatian puppies running all over the stage. Unfortunately  the holograms were tricky to take photos of and alas they didn’t turn out.  It was a first for Birmingham and for any shopping center in the world and I had a reserved seat and goodie bag waiting for me!

It was my first time taking photos at a cat walk, it’s a lot trickier than I though it would be. I really enjoyed my day at the fashion show and the Style Birmingham Live. Thank you Bullring for inviting me.

Yay Birmingham! That sounds like a cool show, it’s a shame it was hard to photo. You got some great pictures though. Love the fur coat with the mini dress, v 60s
