Today we went on the hunt for shoot locations for my up coming styling shoot project, click here to learn more about my shoot. I want a field type location with long flowing grass, this grass wasn’t quite as long as I hoped for but I’m kind of glad as it was a night mare to walk in and sit on, very itchy and so many bugs. So I’m thinking maybe this grass is long enough and does the job, as I would feel bad making my model go through worse than this just for a shoot. I will see what other locations we find as the hunt will continue over the next couple of weeks and of course I will be bringing you all the different types of locations we find.

As this is a pretty picture heavy post with us ending up back in the woodlands that lead us to these fields. The woods make a rather cute locations to. I’ll post the field section today and then the woodlands tomorrow. I used my Diana Mini and Dave used his film Canon. I wanted to use different types of film medium in order to try create that Wendy Bevan style photography, so once those photos are developed there will be even more photos for this post but it’ll give me an idea of what type of camera to use on the day, but for now enjoy the ones shot on my Canon 1000D. I ended up enjoying this field location and found it quite fun (although very itchy sitting on the grass) but I think it’s created pretty images, which is what I want for my main shoot.

What I’m Wearing –

Dress, Waist Coat & Sun Glasses – Topshop

Belt – Primark
