park_018park_030park_035Glitzy Secrets have created a fun quiz which let’s you discover your style era. The quiz only takes a couple of minutes and is great fun! I was intrigued to find out which era I was destined for – when I started my blog and first found my love for vintage fashion I was into the 1940’s to 1950’s, it was all about the victory rolls (I wasn’t too good at those though!) and the nipped in waist lines with full skirts. These day’s my hair is a more relaxed late 60’s to early 70’s feel with my full fringe and shaggy waves. As the years have gone by my style has developed with more elements of 70’s style creeping into my wardrobe – with fedora hats, button up shirts and printed kimonos. It came as no surprise when I got the 1970’s as my era on the Glitzy quiz, I’m pretty pleased with and as the 70’s is big this season, pretty much every high street store has a 70’s inspired collection which means you can dip you’re little toe in or jump head first into this years biggest trends. For this look I went for more of a Boho vibe, I picked up this little black dress from Forever 21, teaming it with my New Look kimono and patterned fedora hat – these are a much loved combination!
Why not head over to Glitzy page to see which era you are? Also if you like my 1970’s s outfit why not vote for me too 😉park_028park_005park_033park_004park_036What I’m wearing –

I can’t seem to get enough of the bohemian trend, ESPECIALLY for this upcoming Spring/Summer. Definitely did not tickle my fancy before but my most recent purchases have been all Boho infused pieces. Your kimono is everything! Love the print and spruce it adds to your all black outfit.
